“As a woman I have no country. As a woman I want no country. As a woman, my country is the whole world.” – Virginia Woolf
On 02 May 2015, and on the eve of the General Election with immigration issues high on the agenda, ‘Migrant Woman’ magazine is launching and hosting a unique and inspiring event at the:
Waldorf Hilton, Aldwych London WC2B 4DD.
“INSPIRING MIGRANT WOMEN” is a one-day inspirational conference for professionals, business owners, leaders, entrepreneurs, full-time mums or ‘mumpreneurs’ – and all those men and women motivated and inspired to lead a better life.
The Conference, which is the first of its kind and sponsored by ‘Migrant Woman magazine’, provides a new platform for sharing and celebrating ideas, techniques and strategies that can make a real difference to women’s lives. For one day only the conference will bring together ten diverse successful and inspirational women speakers and leaders to share their powerful stories, insights and recommendations for greater business, financial, career, community and life success.
The carefully selected guest speakers are diverse in nationality, background, opinion and expertise thus creating a combination guaranteed to spark interesting debate and generate new ideas. The conference also provides the perfect forum for women from a variety of cultures and backgrounds to meet and share their experiences about how to succeed in competitive and challenging business environments.
Following the presentations a panel of judges will be awarding a prize to the most inspirational speaker of the day. The event also provides great networking opportunities for all attendees. Special guests include Psychiatrist Vera Ora (mother of Rita Ora), Russian Opera singer Ilona Domnich and Israeli Singer/ Performer Tally Koren.
Mirela Sula, Founder and Editor-in-Chief of Migrant Woman magazine commented; “I am really excited about this event. Since the inception of Migrant Woman magazine I have been thinking about bringing together influential and inspiring women to tell their stories and share their wisdom. I hope this is only the first of a number of similar events on the London social calendar.”
